Advertise in the 2021 HBA Development Map
The HBA has again partnered with E&M Consulting to produce a map featuring new developments/subdivisions in the Greater Tri-Cities Area. The map will be printed in January 2021. It locates developments/subdivisions, gives detailed directions, lists contact names and numbers, and has amenity listings. Maps will be distributed at the Regional Home & Garden Show, Parade of Homes™, Fall Home Show, HBA functions, REALTOR® offices, model homes, banks, mortgage companies, advertisers’ locations, and in relocation packets.
6,000 copies of the 2021 map will be printed and distributed locally. If you are interested in advertising your development or business on this map, please call E & M Consulting at 800.572.0011 or click here to view advertising opportunities and rates.

Changes to 2020 Parade Home Entry
RequirementsDue to the current circumstances including COVID-19 restrictions, supply chain slowdowns and an extremely limited housing inventory, the HBA has decided to issue a one year variance that would allow model and spec homes that have been previously open to the public to participate in the 2020 Parade of Homes™. A distinction will be made between the previously open homes and standard Parade entries, with each type having separate award criteria and judging categories. We hope this one time change will allow all participating builders to receive the greatest marketing opportunity and public attention.
If you have model or spec home that you would like to showcase to the public, we hope you will consider this opportunity. Housing is essential and the Parade is a fun and different way to remind the community of the importance of our industry while promoting our talented builders.
The Parade entry fee has been locked at $3500 and builders have until June 30 to enter a home. The event agreement may be downloaded at HBATC.com. The final page is the addendum regarding previously open home entries. Appreciation Night is scheduled for September 11 at the HAPO Center in Pasco.
CPR/First Aid ClassThis class covers adult, child, and infant CPR, as well as multiple medical problems and treatment of common injuries. Supplementary instruction includes hand washing techniques, infectious diseases, and medical legalities. Certification is good for two years.
Cost: FREE for HBA Members (Limit 4 free per company per year - $40 per person thereafter)
RSVP required. Contact Cindy at 509.735.2745 or [email protected] to RSVP.
** CPR and First Aid classes are open again. Class size is limited to 10. **
