JacksonvilleJacksonville is the largest city by population in the state of Florida and the largest city by area in the contiguous United States. It is the county seat of Duval County. With an estimated 2014 population of 853,382, Jacksonville is the most populated city in the Southeast and 12th most populated city in the United States. The two US Navy bases, Blount Island Command and the nearby Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay form the third largest military presence in the United States.
