Provide an overview of your most relevant AIESEC experiences

(max 4). Indicate for each experience at least 3 key achievements,

one failure or short-coming and one key lesson in each position

Provide an overview of your most relevant conference experiences

(max 4). Indicate your role in these conferences

(FACI/O.C/DELEGATE) and the key learning you took from each

experience.

1. What is driving you to continue in AIESEC? Why have you decided to stand for Conference Committee President of WACS 2016 in Togo? What do you envision for this conference? What do you want to take out of this experience?

2. What is the relevance of AIESEC to the Togolese society? What has AIESEC done for Togo so far? How do YOU envision the impact that AIESEC can make in the Togolese society with this conference?

3. Provide a PEST analysis of the Togolese market and analyze how AIESEC and the conference (WACS) can capitalize on this.

1. Give a SWOT analysis of your personality and working style. What

will be your leadership style and what culture will you provide for

your team? How will all these affect the team and the work?

2. What are the key factors/elements that will impact the experiences

of this conference for externals, delegates and FACIs? How will you

and your team ensure that this impact is felt positively not only by

conference attendants but the society as well?

3. You have a maximum of 2pages. Provide a DETAILED plan of all

main activities before, during and after WACS 2016 with a mini

budget.

4. With the rising terrorist attacks in the world, IMAGINE a month to

the conference with all things ready to kick start an awesome event

there is a terrorist attack in a nearby town of which you lose your

CCVP Delegate Service to some serious injuries. How will you go

about;

The communication of the event so as not to create panic but

rather ensure confidence in conference stakeholders that all is

under control?

Ensure the security of each External, Delegate and FACI that

will be coming into the country for the conference before and

after?

Ensure that the loss of the team member does not impair work

and everything goes on as planned and on time while

motivating other CC members not to lose hope?
