Need to coordinate stations / operators In a week, there are 168 hours x 10 bands=1680 x3 modes=5040 possible slots (+ Sat) Task seemed daunting - lots of slots to fill

Contacted LCC members and others to encourage participation

Contacted owners of “Large” stations who could host Multi-Ops, to allow more operators access to large antenna

Dedicate several pages on N5LCC web site to this operation

Web form for OTHERS, who only saw a slot was “Active”

Log submission fairly quick, but only abt 2/3 followed instructions

rec’d .adi, .log and .txt files, & one w1aw-5.log - correct is <your call>_<your qth>_<your grid>.adi

N3FJP does NOT log Sat Qso’s correctly - had to edit every one

West coast/JA wants more low band activity East coast/EU wanrts more WARC band activity Only ONE gripe email, dozens “Thank You’s” Need better scheduling - multiple bands at once Need more operators!

for comparison, 56.84/hr times 48 hours (standard DX contest) = 2,728 - Very respectable

Our top op hit 420/hour for short period!
