IntroductionThe vSHINE Bollard is a reliable, highly vandal resistant lighting system. It achieves over 2000 lumens at a incredibly low level of energy making them perfect to run o� 12 or 24 volts DC as well as AC power. The system’s housing o�ers 2 sizes (low pro�le and High pro�le), together with forward throw type IV and V optics allowing for various applications ranging from Landscape, neighbourhood illumination, Pathways and community areas. vSHINE Bollard can be spaced up to 40 meters (130 feet) and meet a variety of pathway illumination standards.

APPLICATIONS The vSHINE Bollard is ideal for commercial, industrial and residental site lighting applications, including pathways, building areas, walkways, and civic / community centres. The powerful lighting �xture o�ers powerful, low-maintenance nighttime illumination.
CONSTRUCTION Die-cast aluminum bottom and top sections are mechanically joined to the extruded pole section. Our unique construction allows for passive cooling and natural cleaning of the top section, ensuring thermal control with reliable operation at 45-50°C high ambient conditions. Stainless steel fasteners and security screws allow access to electrical components for installation and maintenance.
OPTICS vSHINE optics are precisely designed to shape the distribution, thereby maximizing e�ciency through product spacing. The vSHINE optics are engineered from Poly-meth-methyl-acrylic-optical grade (PMMA) PC, which optimizes light transmission. The average transmittance in the visible spectrum is 400nm~700nm>90%. Meets global pathway standards and glare index.
LEDS Manufactured with the Cree XLamp XP-G2 LED, the vSHINE Bollard is capable of up to 429 lumens when driven at 1.5 A. Calculated L70 value of 250,000 hours based on in-situ testing, LM-79 data and LM-80 data. Flux Characteristics (Tj = 85 degrees Celsius) .
ELECTRICAL The Philips Advance Xitanium LED driver o�ers up to 92% e�ciency. It is mounted directly to aluminum back casting for optimal heat dissipation. Standard driver input is 90-528 Volts AC with an IP 66 rating and a power factor of 0.99. Optional dimming and occupation sensor functions maximize energy e�ciency and user control.

FINISH Cast components are �nished in a revolutionary anodised 2 step �nish for superior weather, wear, and fade protection. Standard colors is black. RAL and custom color matches are available. WARRANTY Five year limited warranty on LEDs and driver. Ten year warranty on mold and extrusion.

SOLAR PANELS - Vertaic utilises cutting edge glassless encapsulant for solar panels that will never shatter and are as vandal resistant as possible all whilst increasing panel e�ciency and sunlight harvest when compared to glass type solar panels.
BATTERIES - Our extreme temperature batteries have been manufactured with a high temperature electrolyte, increased battery plate width and adjusted electroyte ratio allowing for an increased temperature range of -39 to +68 degrees Celcius
ELECTRICAL - All electronics are located inside the pole for maintenance and accessability. MPPT solar charge control with 98% e�ciency, DC double pole circuit breakers, wago quick connect terminal blocks with room for any type of electronics for switching .
MOUNTING - Anchor base or direct bury options available. All vertaic product comes complete fully assembled ready to install onto your chosen mounting option.
