This role will have a direct impact on our success by helping move the company forward financially as we continue to grow. This role will report to the Chief Financial Officer and oversee the company’s finance staff. Responsibilities: • Work with all departments and executive management in creating and analyzing budgets and goals in which each department can adhere to o Budgets and Forecasts to include: Revenue, expenses, capital expenditures, staffing, sales, tools, etc. o Recommend benchmarks for measuring financial and operating performance • Prepare and present monthly and annual financial statements • Coordinate and manage interactions with Audit and Tax Providers • Drive continuous improvements to optimize work processes, financial performance and operational decision-making. • Evaluate the impact of current processes and bring in new ideas for innovation for revenue and cost optimization. • Implement new processes and procedures that utilize technology, build efficiencies, reduce duplication, and streamline workflows. • Provide day-to-day financial decision support • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements • Recruit, train and supervise department staff Success Factors: • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization • Knowledge and application of GAAP • Understanding of healthcare systems and their application to customer needs • Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals
