What should I do, O Muslims? Because I know I do not own:Neither Christian nor a Jew,

I am not, and pars and a Muslim;

Was soll ich tun, o ihr Muslime? Denn ich kenn mich selber nicht: Weder Christ, noch bin ich Jude und auch Pars und Muslim nicht;

Not from the east, not west, not from the mainland,

not from the sea,

Nicht von Osten, nicht von Westen,

nicht vom Festland, nicht vom Meer,

I do not stem from the womb of the earth

and not from the sky light.

Nicht stamm ich vom Schoß der Erde und nicht aus des Himmels Licht.

Nicht aus Staub, nicht aus Wasser, nicht aus Feuer, nicht aus Wind,

Not from the dust, not water, not fire, not wind,

Nicht vom Throne, nicht von der Gosse und auch aus Seien und Werden nicht

Not from the throne, not of the gutter and also

from Be and not becoming.

Nicht vom Diesseits, nicht vom Jenseits, nicht von Eden, nicht von der Hölle   

Not from this world, not from the other side, not from Eden, not from hell

Nicht von Adam, nicht von Eva, auch vom Engel stamm ich nicht.

Not Adam, not Eve, the angel I was not even born

Mein Raum ist raumlos.Mein Zeichen die Zeitlosigkeit,

ist weder Körper noch die Seele. Bin nur ein Teil von Seinem Licht.
