KSB 4th Trimester Essentials:A Place for Moms and Babiesin partnership with the Lee County Health Department andDixon Public Library
Having a baby is a life-changing experience that can seem overwhelming at times. Find empowerment and surround yourself with encouragement at this monthly support group for moms. Our meeting is designed for new moms and babies, and is led by registered nurses with experience in maternal and newborn care and feeding, whether bottle or breast-fed.

Throughout the challenge you’ll have access to a health coach via the Healthy Wage mobile app, who provides support, motivation, and mini-challenges to help achieve weight loss goals.
