DAS Procurement Services is replacing the current Bidder

Notification System with an easier, more efficient List

Serve. Procurement customers already subscribed with

DAS’ current bidder notification system will automatically

be enrolled. The new service will take effect Monday,

June 5.

“Technologically speaking, the new system will be less

taxing on our Internet and email servers,” said DAS

Procurement’s Joe Giliberto. “Plus the everyday mainte-

nance will drop significantly.”

Energy Roundtable For State Procurement & Facilities Personnel

Energy Efficient Products: State Procurement and Financial Incentives/Opportunities

The Office of Policy and Management is sponsoring this Energy Roundtable to bring State agencies together to discuss procurement of energy efficient and environmentally preferable products. Financial incentives offered for energy efficient project implementation and renewable energy projects will also be discussed.

Participation by State agencies will further the State’s policy goals of “leading by example”, increase energy efficiency, and help to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The Roundtable will be informal – with presentations followed by plenty of opportunity for Q&A, networking and discussions among attendees.

This program targets all State Agency purchasing and facilities personnel. Attendance is free but registration is required. Please use the form on page two to register. The program will take place from 8 AM to 12 N on June 15th at the Connecticut Fire Academy facility located adjacent to Bradley International Airport. Detailed directions will be faxed back or emailed to you upon registration.
