La Collezione 2008 di Voltolina raccoglie oggetti che esprimono idee forti e che possiedono una personalit speciale. Le idee

diventano materia attraverso la collaborazione, sia con designer affermati, sia con giovani emergenti, esponenti di nuove

espressivit e ricerche. Nel corso del tempo e con l'evoluzione del design, Voltolina ha esplorato nuove tecniche nella

produzione vetraria evolvendo cos la propria capacit di produrre Oggetti per lilluminazione con continue innovazioni nella

creativit e nelle lavorazioni di Cristalli e Vetri Artistici di Murano. La filosofia di Voltolina sempre stata caratterizzata dal giusto

mix di ricerca e tradizione che, sviluppandosi sempre nell'ambito dellilluminazione dinterni, ha permesso allazienda di

Die Voltolina Kollektion 2008 enthlt Objekte, die etwas ganz Besonderes

ausstrahlen. Durch die Zusammenarbeit von bewhrten Designern mit

viel versprechenden Jungdesignern nehmen neue Ideen Formen an. Im

Laufe der Zeit und mit Entwicklung des Designs hat die Firma Voltolina

neue Techniken der Glasherstellung erforscht und die Fhigkeit erworben,

Beleuchtungsobjekte herzustellen. Stndige Innovationen in der

Kreativitt und in der Herstellung von Kristall und Muranoglas sind

selbstverstndlich. Die Unternehmensphilosophie zeichnet sich durch

eine ausgewogene Mischung von Tradition und Forschung aus. Dies

ermglicht der Firma Voltolina im Bereich der Innenbeleuchtung das

Voltolinas 2008 collection comprises a selection of strong designs with

their own personality. These ideas have come to fruition as a result of

collaboration between established designers and emerging young talent,

which embody new ideas and expression.

Through both experience and the design process, Voltolina has developed

new techniques in glass production, creating Ornaments of Lighting

through continual innovations in design and manufacture of both crystal

and artistic Murano glass. The company policy has always been

distinguished by an equal mix of research and tradition which, through

continual development of home and interior lighting, has enabled the

company to reach the highest qualitative levels in order to satisfy our

refined and international clientele.

La Collection 2008 de Voltolina runit des objets exprimant des ides

fermes, la personnalit identifiable. Les ides se matrialisent grce la

collaboration de designers confirms et mergeants, reprsentant de

nouvelles puissances expressives.

Au cours de son histoire, et avec lvolution du design, Voltolina a explor

de nouvelles technologies de production du verre, en dveloppant sa

propre comptence pour raliser objets pour la lumire avec une

constante innovation de la crativit, du travail des cristaux et des verres

artistiques de Murano. La philosophie de Voltolina a toujours t

caractrise par le mlange de recharge et tradition qui, en se

En el curso del tiempo, con la evolucin del diseo, Voltolina ha

explorado nuevas tcnicas de produccin del vidrio, evolucionando as la

propia capacidad de produccin de Artculos de Iluminacin con

continuas innovaciones en la creatividad y la elaboracin de Cristales y

Vidrios Artsticos de Murano. La filosofa de Voltolina ha estado siempre

caracterizada por la mezcla justa de investigacin y tradicin que,

desarrollndose siempre en el mbito de la iluminacin de interiores, ha

permitido a la empresa alcanzar los ms altos niveles cualitativos para

4Alessandro LenardaAlessandro Lenarda, veneziano, nasce il 1 giugno 1939. Dopo studi classici e musicali, si laurea in architettura a Venezia. Si dedica quasi esclusivamente al design conparticolare riguardo al vetro, ai mobili, allilluminazione, allarredo bagno e allarredo urbano. Dal 1976 Accademico Associato dellAccademia Tiberina di Roma. E socio ADI

(Associazione per il Disegno Industriale) e BEDA (Bureaux of European Designers Associations). Ha esposto alla Biennale Internazionale dArte di Venezianelle edizioni 1964, 1966, 1970, 1972 e alla Biennale del Centenario del 1995. Ha avuto due Selezioni e una Segnalazione dOnore al premio CompassodOro. Alcune sue opereranno parte del patrimonio artistico di musei in Venezia, Altare, Milano, Monaco di Baviera, Pirano, Londra, New York. Le sueopere sono state oggetto di Tesi di Laurea Roma Universit La Sapienza e della monografia Alessandro Lenarda a Murano edita da Antonio Zoppas.Alcune sue opere sono state dichiarate di eccezionale interesse artistico e storico e inserite nel Patrimonio Culturale della Nazione.Dal 1994 vive e lavora in Blera Viterbo.

Alessandro Lenarda was born in Venice on 01 June 1939. After classical and musical studies, he graduated in Architecture in Venice. He deals almostexclusively with design in particular of glass, furniture, lighting, bathroom and street furnishings. Since 1976 he has been Member of Academy Tiberinain Rome. He is member ADI (Association for the Industrial Design) and BEDA (Bureaux of European Designers Associations). He exhibited at

International Exhibition Biennale in Venice in 1964, 1966, 1970, 1972 and at the Centenary Biennale in 1995. He was awarded a prize at Compasso dOro Award. Some ofhis works will be part of the artistic heritage of museums in Venice, Altare, Milan, Munich, Pirano, London, New York. His works have been a subject of a Thesis of UniversitLa Sapienza in Rome and of an essay Alessandro Lenarda in Murano published by Antonio Zoppas. Some of his works have been considered of extraordinary artistic andhistorical interest and included in the Cultural Heritage of the Nation. Since 1994 he has lived and worked in Blera Viterbo.

Il soccupe surtout du design, avecparticulier intrt pour le verre, lameublement, lclairage, la dcoration des salles de bains et la dcoration urbaine. A partir du 1976 il est un associ de lAccademia Tiberina Rome. Il est aussi associ ADI (Association pour le Dessin Industriel) et BEDA (Bureaux of European Designers Associations). Il a tal au Biennale Internazionale dArte deVenise en les annes 1964, 1966, 1970, 1972 et il a tal au Biennale del Centenario du 1995. Il a obtenu deux Slections et une signalisation dhonneur au prix CompassodOro. Certains travaux appartiennent au patrimoine artistique des muses de Venise, Altare, Milan, Munich, Pirano, Londrs, New York. Ses travaux ont t objet de thsesdu diplme dtudes suprieures de l Universit la Sapienza en Rome et de la monographie Alessandro Lenarda a Murano par les soins de Antonio Zoppas. Quelques-uns de ses travaux est dclar dexceptionnel intrt historique et artistique et ajout au Patrimoine Cultural du Pays. A partir du 1994 il vit et il travaille Blera (Viterbo).

Ha expuesto en la Biennale Internazionale dArtedi Venezia en las ediciones de 1964, 1966, 1970, 1972 y en la Biennale del Centenario del 1995. Ha obtenido dos Selecciones y una mencin de honor al premioCompasso dOro. Algunas de sus obras forman parte del patrimonio artstico de los museos de Venezia, Altare, Milano, Munich, Pirano, Londres, New York. Sus obras hansido objeto de tesis de graduacin Roma Universit La Sapienza y la monografa Alessandro Lenarda a Murano editada por Antonio Zoppas. Brian Rasmussen Brian Rasmussen nato a Ringsted (Danimarca) nel 1973. Si laurea alla Royal Academy of Architecture di Copenhaghen nel 2000. Gi nel primo anno di studio vince ilconcorso nazionale PRISOPGAVE KBENHAVN (Danimarca) con il progetto futuristico di una stazione della metropolitana. Dopo gli studi si trasferito a Venezia dove vive

attualmente. Nel 2002 vince il secondo premio del concorso nazionale CRISTIANO D. IVS BRYGHUS e decide di aprire il suo studio darchitettura edesign a Venezia. Nel 2003 inizia il progetto di ricerca: Il punto di unione fra barocco romano e classicismo nordico. Questo progetto si trasforma nelfondamento teoretico e morfologico per molti dei successivi progetti di Brian. Nel 2004 vince il concorso internazionale darte TARGETTI LIGHT ARTAWARD che si trasforma in un punto di partenza per la sua carriera come progettista dilluminazione. Nel periodo tra il 2004 ed il 2006 progetta esviluppa un lampione per la citt di Ringsted, Danimarca, in collaborazione con Louis Poulsen Lighting. Nel 2006 vince un concorso di design con duenuovi progetti per lazienda EviStyle. Brian Rasmussen collabora attualmente con ditte quali Voltolina, Targetti Sankey, Louis Poulsen Lighting, EviStyle eKarboxx.

Brian Rasmussen was born in Ringsted (Denmark) in 1973. He graduates at The Royal Academy of Architecture in Copenhagen in 2000. All ready as afirst year student his wins the national student competition PRISOPGAVE KBENHAVN(Denmark) with a project for a futuristic metro station. After his

studies he moved to Venice and has been living there ever since. In 2002 he wins the second price in the national architecture competition CHRISTIAN D. IVS BRYGHUSand decides to open his own office of architecture and design in Venice, Italy. In 2003 he starts e research project the meeting point between the roman baroque and thenordic classicism. This project becomes the theoretic and morphological foundation for many of the later design projects of Brian. In 2004 he wins the international artcompetition TARGETTI LIGHT ART AWARD which becomes a starting point for his career as lighting designer. From 2004-2006 he designs and develops a streetlamp for thecity Ringsted, Denmark in collaboration with Louis Poulsen Lighting. In 2006 he wins a design competition concerning the design of 2 new projects for the firm EviStyle. BrianRasmussen is now working with firms such as Voltolina, Targetti Sankey, Louis Poulsen Lighting, EviStyle and Karboxx.

Brian RASSMUSSEN est n en 1973 Ringstad, au Danemark. En lanne 2000 il passe sa licence lAcadmie Royale dArchitecture de Copenhague. Dj, dans sa premireanne dtude, il remporte le concours national PRISOPGAVE KOBENHAVN (Danemark) avec le projet futuriste dune station de mtro. Aprs les tudes, il stablit Venise,o il vit actuellement. En 2002 il remporte le second prix au concours national CIRSTIANO D. IVS BRYGHUS et dcide douvrir son cabinet darchitecture et de design Venise. En 2003 il commence son projet de recherche Le point dunion entre le baroque romain et le classicisme du Nord. Ce projet se transforme en base thortique etmorphologique pour beaucoup de projets successifs de Brian. En 2004 il remporte le concours national dart TARGETTI LIGHT ART AWARD qui se transforme en point dedpart pour sa carrire de concepteur lumire. Dans la priode entre 2004 et 2006 il conoit et dveloppe un rverbre pour la ville de Ringsted au Danemark, encollaboration avec Louis Poulsen Lighting. En 2006 in remporte un concours de Design avec deux nouveaux projets pour la socit EviStyle. Brian Rasmussen collaboreactuellement avec des socits telles que Voltolina, Targetti Sankey, Louis Poulsen Lighting, EviStyle et Karboxx.

En el periodo entre el 2004 y el 2006 proyecta y desarrolla una gran lmpara para la ciudad de Ringsted,Dinamarca, en colaboracin con Louis Poulsen Lighting. El 2006 gana un concurso de diseo con dos nuevos proyectos para la marca EviStyle. Brian Rasmussen colaboraactualmente con firmas cmo Voltolina, Targetti Sankey, Louis Poulsen Lighting, EviStyle y Karboxx .
