The awards have been presented annually since 2004 by The North Scott Press and the Rotary Club of North Scott to recognize individuals and business- es for their contributions to the arts. Karen Relf has been the Program Director at The Abbey Addiction Treatment Center since August of 2013. The Abbey has been providing comprehensive treatment programming for individuals suffering with alcohol and drug addiction since 2008. Ms Relf be- gan her tenure at The Abbey in 2009, when she worked as a Resi- dent Associate, then in 2010, as a Corporate Services Clinician. Ms Relf had 22 years of leadership service at Bethany for Children and Families in Moline, IL prior to her placement at The Abbey. Ms. Relf holds her academic undergraduate credentials from The University of Northern Io- wa and she earned her masters degree from Western Illinois University. Ms Relf is a Certi- fied Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), credentialed by the state of Iowa. HOLIDAY PARTY - - - The Holiday party was held on Friday, December 15, at the Figge Art Museum in downtown Daven-port. Sixty six members and guests attended. A fantastic meal was served by Frontier Hospitality Group. The three levels of the museum were open for the group to view.
