Greetings Cross Parents: !I hope everyone had a wonderful spring break and as we begin the 4th quarter we are preparing for many activities and events. I am always amazed at all the wonderful opportunities we are able to provide to our students with trips like the Catalina Island Trip, 8th grade trip to Washington D.C. and our upcoming Band, Choir and Orchestra trips to California for their competitions. I have included more important information that you need to know in the upcoming weeks. !Be Kind Mural: We will begin the installation of our Be Kind Mural on March 23rd and 24th. Thank you to those parents who have volunteered their time to assist with the installation. We are still in need of parent volunteers to help with the installation so if you are interested, please let me know. The installation schedule is as follows: Wednesday, March 23rd – 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 24th – 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. !National Junior Honor Society: We will be having our induction ceremony for our National Junior Honors Society on Thursday, March 24th at 7:00 p.m. in the Cross MPR. Congratulations to all of the students who will be inducted that night. Thank you to Mrs. Jones and Mrs. Napier for organizing the event. !AzMERIT Testing: Our state testing will take place March 29 – April 1st.
