• Causes do not garner as many news mentions as issues like corruption and politicians. Corruption and politicians are covered as part of any other news coverage and get attention on microblogs and social networking sites as well

• Information and help is offered by means of social media nowadays with people volunteering to give out personal details on social media. Social media has become the fastest medium to find help these days

•Traffic snarls, road rage and Blue Line buses all contribute to the ever growing number of mentions. The mentions turned from negative to positive in 2008, ever since the Delhi Metro became functional.
