Student support We work out your support needs and give you access to the educational and support services you need to meet the requirements of the course you want to enrol in. Recognising other qualifications (credit transfer) We will recognise Qualifications or Units of Competency you have completed with another Registered Training Organisation. If you have already completed study that is relevant to the course you will need to show us the original Certificate.

Recognition of prior learning We will give you the opportunity to have your skills and previous training recognised if it is relevant to the course you want to enrol in. You will need to submit a recognition of prior learning (RPL) application along with evidence to show how you meet the performance criteria of each unit you want to apply for RPL. It will cost extra money to apply for RPL and you need pay for it before we can assess your application.

Entry requirements Most of our courses have an entry requirement. You will need to show that you have a permanent cognitive impairment or intellectual disability.

Interest free payment plans We offer the option of an interest free payment plan in monthly instalments:

• Pay over the duration of your course.

• Payment can be made by cash, direct deposit or credit card.

• Payment plans can be arranged if your total course fee is more than $300.

Free employment service Once you have received your qualification you can become a registered candidate with us for employment positions.

We provide a free employment service on site to help you find a job through our vast network of industry employers.

Funding School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) funding. This funding is available for year 12 school leavers.

NDIS funding: on application and subject to change as per individual support plans. Class sizes and teacher/client ratio Group classes will have a maximum of 10 students to 1 teacher, unless we say otherwise. In an individual class you receive one-on-one training.

This qualification is an introduction course and covers the following:

• Identifying personal goals for taking part in the community or further learning.

• Developing independent living skills so you can take part in activities in the community.

• Identifying information and resources about everyday activities such as travel, health and recreational activities.

• Your rights and responsibilities when taking part in the community.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Develop a personal learning plan to explore different options.

You will learn to extract and serve espresso coffee beverages using a commercial espresso machine. We will teach you how to:
