Liver metastasisTraditional Contraindications for Resection of Colorectal Liver Metastases
Recent Criteria for Defining Resectability of Colorectal Liver Metastases
• Advanced age
• > 3 or 4 liver metastases
• Tumor size > 5 cm
• Inability to resect to 1-cm margins
• Bilobar disease
• Hilar lymphadenopathy
• Extrahepatic disease
• Macroscopic and microscopic (R0) treatment of the disease is technically feasible(a)
• At least 2 adjacent liver segments must be spared
• Vascular inflow, outflow, and biliarydrainage must be preserved
• Sufficient future liver remnant depending upon the degree of underlying hepatic function (> 20% of the total estimated liver volume)(b)

E3200: bevacizumab + FOLFOX4 in II linea mCRC

E3200: bevacizumab + FOLFOX4 in II linea mCRC
