IntroductionWelcome students

Our aim today is to learn more about foods that make us grow, glow and go. Eating healthy should be a part of our daily lives to help so in this presentation we would see some of the foods that are important to our bodies. Pay close attention to the pictures because there would be activities at the end of the presentation.

Share with the class what you like about healthy foods.

In two groups, make a healthy meal using foods provided by teacher.

Conclusion

Now that we have come to the end of this presentation, you should be more excited about eating healthy foods. You would have learned about the different food types and their purpose so now you are expected to eat healthy more often. You can also share this information with your families at home.
