the soaring ambition

Page 3: VistaJet Brochure

I wanted to change private aviation so that people like you and I could getthe best experience in the air.

We tore up all the old conventions and designed a revolutionary business model focused entirely around our clients. What they wanted. What they

needed. Then we invested in the largest privately owned fleet of Bombardier business aircraft worldwide, and we’ve never looked back.

Since VistaJet’s first flight in 2004, we have come a long way. As a continuation of the company’s strategy of focusing on non-stop point-to-

point global coverage, at the end of 2012 VistaJet placed the largest single transaction in the history of business aviation. Our customers’ success and

loyalty allowed us to place this historic Global aircraft order and will enable us to dispatch even more brand new aircraft in all corners of the globe.

At VistaJet we Think Global to serve the world’s growth markets with an unparalleled product both locally and globally. And we will keep evolving, because we always want to be one step ahead, in performance, value and

service.

Please join me and experience the VistaJet way.

About our passengers:“…it’s the people who fly with VistaJet that help make it what it is, and very much define its path for

growth. Flohr responds to the needs of today’s businessmen and women by ensuring his aircraft fly to and from the destinations that matter most.” Insignia Lifestyle | December, 2012

About flying on your schedule:“Around the globe in the emerging markets and brincs countries, VistaJet is seeing unprecedented

demand for their services to fly point-to-point. When flying from the capital of Angola to Siberia commercially you are probably three days on the road. Business executives investing in these areas need to go, and want to go point-to-point. At VistaJet everything is about unscheduled, in the airlines everything

is about scheduled flying.” Bloomberg TV | November 28, 2012

About the historic November 2012 Global aircraft order:“This order is addressing VistaJet’s needs through 2014 to 2020 as it sees unprecedented demand from the growth regions in the world. The world trade has changed; today the emerging markets and frontier

countries are doing business directly. VistaJet is serving these markets and the clients who need point-to-point connections.”

CNBC TV | November 27, 2012

About how we do business:“The company, VistaJet, sells flights aboard private jets for an hourly fee, a business he (Thomas Flohr)

aims to make as seamless and consistent as checking into a luxury hotel.” By Stacy Meichtry | Wall Street Journal | January 27, 2012

About how we keep our promises:“The amazing thing about VistaJet, the luxury aviation company that has the world’s biggest fleet of Bombardier jets outside of North America, is that it keeps on doing exactly what it said it would do.”

Aviation Week | May, 2012

About how we Think Global:“Since founding VistaJet in 2004, Flohr has slowly moved its focus from Western Europe to cater to a

new group of business travelers who are flying 50 to 500 hours a year. Rather than travel in business class on commercial flights, they want to go directly and in style.”
