Optimize your treatment plants

ViSoR is a platform for the assistance to the management and running of treatment plants. Thanks to this platform, Claber Ecologia has all the instruments to assist their own clients in real time to the plant management to make it more efficient and stable foreseeing conditions that cause the plant out of service.

ViSoR is a platform that can be modulated with different steps, that can be combined among them, to answer at their best to the exigencies of every new and existing plants.

ViSoR is composed of three main modules:1. ViSoR I – Sludge Dehydration2. ViSoR II – Plant Control and Command 3. ViSoR III – Assistance to the Operation

Plus an optional part: ViSoR Lab.A series of addable modules surrounds the main modules for the easy running.

ViSoR I - Sludge Dehydration

The first module represents the starting point for every company who wish to modernize its own treatment plant. Through this module, the dehydration phase management is optimized. The solution can be inserted in a new plant, or supplied as an independent configuration to be inte-grated on an existing plant.

Sludge Dehydration is the most important phase in the plant running; its good management affects the operating costs decreasing in an important way. The sludge control allows the plant control and therefore the quality of water in outlet.

ViSoR II - Plant Control and Command

The second module allows the control of the plant and its remote command. ViSoR II places the situation at the technicians who run the plant disposal, by visualizing on a supervision pc showing all the plant operation data. Operating data are then determined by the system combining data took by the system and by the data from the laboratory, inserted manually from the operator, or through ViSoR Lab.

The results allows operating the plant precisely and optimally. ViSoR II, if installed combined with ViSoR I, is a powerful instrument and represents a real “helm” to remote pilot the plant.

ViSoR II envisages the supply of an industrial pc, visualization and command of all the devices pres-ent on the plant, measurement and recording of the values taken in laboratory and the generation of a daily document with the plant working data.

ViSoR II - Lab

ViSoR II “Lab” module integrates and implements ViSoR II functionalities. It allows replacing the data taken from the laboratory analysis with the data took automatically in con-tinuous way, thanks to the predisposed sensors.

Automatic measurement of process variables allows having a higher number of samplings, or the continuous measure-ment, and therefore a precise plant running.

ViSoR III – Assistance to the Operation

The third module is a service of assistance to the plant operation made remotely by Claber’s technicians. The goal is to support the plant operator in order to carry the plant to an optimal working, stable and continuous even at variating of working conditions and to prevent eventual conditions causing the out of service.

Having ViSoR I, ViSoR II and ViSoR III modules, Claber’s technicians daily connect to the plant and, with the aid of specific algorithms, they suggest to the operators which commands to give or they directly remote intervene in order to improve working parameters. Thanks to the use of cameras placed in strategic points, Claber’s technicians can have a visual control of the plant condi-tions.

ViSoR Options

ViSoR modules can be currently integrated with two options to improve the performances and the results of the plant:

OPTION 1: Adjustment of sludge concentration in sludge recirculationClaber takes care of adjusting and keeping the sludge concentration in the circuit at optimal val-ues, so to allow to the centrifuges, to work at the best conditions.

OPTION 2: Automatic Lifting Pit Cleaning Thanks to a particular algorithm developed by Claber, the pumps present in the lifting pit of the plant are monitored and managed in order to avoid the accumulation of solid material. This particular cleaning can be configured and activat-ed in function of the real needs of every plant.
