If you do not wish your child to participate, he or she may participate in normally scheduled activities on camp grounds.
Permission Slip for Transportation
I give permission for my son/daughter to leave the grounds of Maranatha Day Camp for his/her activities. I understand that my child will be under the supervision of Maranatha Day Camp Senior Staff.
