Directions: From I-95 South: Take the Woodhaven Road exit (Route 63 West) and follow for 3 miles. Bear left when Woodhaven Road ends and turn right onto Byberry Road. Travel for 1 8⁄10 miles and turn left onto Philmont Avenue. Follow Philmont Avenue which becomes Welsh Road at Huntingdon Pike for 3 1⁄2 miles to the sales center on the left at the intersection of Welsh Road and Carson Terrace.

From the PA Turnpike: Take the Willow Grove exit (Exit 343) to Route 611 South. Travel on Route 611 South for 1⁄2 mile to Fitzwatertown Road. Turn left onto Fitzwatertown Road and follow for 3 1⁄2 miles to Welsh Road (after you cross over Route 263, Fitzwatertown Road becomes Terwood Road). Turn left onto Welsh Road (Route 63) and follow to the first traffic light and turn right at Carson Terrace to enter the sales center.
