Where did I come from?

And why does that matter?
Because it’s a long way from here:

It’s a long way from Cloudland to anywhere, really.
This was the trip to school from Kindergarten through Senior year.
22.7 miles.One way. On a bus.
After 12 years on a bus, I went here:
Snead State Junior College
A couple years later, I found myself here:
Jacksonville State University
Before I knew it, I was headed back toward Cloudland…
From 1996-2001, I was a Fort Payne Wildcat
Fort Payne High School, Fort Payne, ALAugust 1996- May 2001
Taught the Alabama course of study in English to ninth, tenth, and twelfth grade classes.
Created and applied teaching strategies to implement various state and federal laws, including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, and No Child Left Behind.
