o 30% of employee salary paid for VINAQA for infrastructure, human resource, administration, legal, etc.
o 28% of employee salary paid for Vietnam Government about Medical and Social Insurance.
o 25% of employee salary paid for Vietnam Government about Company Income Tax. o Employee Income Tax paid for Vietnam Government (Negotiation with Employees)
o If the clients want to use our management team, management fee will be discussed, negotiated and agreed between two companies.
