• Phase 2 of the Project was Launched in May 2012 and Construction of the Duplex Villas and Infrastructure Development is Under Progress.

Progress.• Phase 2 600 Sq. Yd. Duplex Villas: First Floor Roof Slab of 69% of Units is

Completed and Second Floor Roof Slab for 61% of Units Has Been Completed in Block E.

Superstructure of 49% of Units is Completed and Block Work is in Progress.The Construction on Other Units Shall Commence as Per The Schedule.

• Other Update: The Construction for The Club House in Sobha International City is in Full Swing.

Development of Green Area is in Progress in Block C.
