GESTION Y SEGURIDAD LO QUE DEMANDA LAS EMPRESAS…
Our suppliers often don’t really get one of the most important requirements of security management, and that is simply this; all the various tools need to be managed as a coherent whole.
I don’t need another antivirus product or vulnerability scanner, unless and until it works together with all the other tools in my organization.
Even if it is better, I don’t want it until it speaks the same language as tools that understand what could be affected by an attack or exploit. The lack of integration is a serious impediment to security management.

AdquisicionesSymantec buys Altiris
“The isolated evolution of security and operations management tools have also led to unnecessary duplications in IT functionality—and costs—such as separate tools for software distribution: one for systems management, another to distribute anti-malware signature updates, for example.”
"By combining the endpoint management solutions from Altiris with the security expertise from Symantec, we believe we can offer customers a more comprehensive solution to protect and manage the millions of connected devices that make up the fabric of today’s global IT infrastructure."
John Thompson, CEO Symantec
