I attended a workshop on cooperative learning in 1990. Following this workshop, I redesigned my undergraduate MGT 352 class around the philosophy of cooperative

learning. Student ratings revealed a positive evaluation to this approach. I am using this same pedagogy in my MBA classes.
Attended a two-day seminar at the Harvard Business School that focused on leading case discussions. My MBA courses have been revamped based on techniques presented in this seminar.

Track chairperson for innovative education track at Midwest Conference of the American Institute for Decision Sciences (1985). Made final decisions on all manuscripts accepted for presentation and inclusion in the proceedings, arranged and coordinated reviewers, corresponded with all authors, and coordinated with the overall program chairman.
Was asked by the Dean of the College of Business at Northeastern University to evaluate the quality of the Curriculum associated with the Human Resource Management Major. A management report was prepared to summarize my analyses.

Angelo works with Kinicki and Associates, Inc., a management consulting firm that works with top management teams to create organizational change aimed at increasing organizational effectiveness and profitability. This expertise includes facilitating strategic/operational planning sessions, diagnosing organizational

problems, implementing performance management systems, designing and implementing performance appraisal systems, and developing and administering surveys to assess employee attitudes and customer satisfaction, and leading management development/training programs. He conducts management development seminars on performance management, employee motivation, goal setting, leadership, interpersonal influence, and organizational culture.
