1. Tender forms and BOQs can be downloaded from DDA website (www.ddadik.gkp.pk).

2. All bids must accompanied by;i. Bid security in the shape of call deposit (in original) equal to 2% of estimated cost in the name

of Project Director Dera Development Authority D.I.Khan.ii. Attested photo copy of Pakistan Engineering Council 2017 registration in relevant category.iii. Attested photo copy of National Identity Card.iv. Dera Development Authority renewal for the year 2017-18 challan copy..

3. For all scheme a non refundable tender form fee amounting to Rs:1000/-(one thousand only) for each tender in the shape of pay order, bank draft in the name of Project Director DDA D.I.Khan or shall be deposited in Bank of Khyber Main Branch D.I.I.Khan A/C No.1785-1. The original receipt must be attached with tender form otherwise tender will not be considered in bid documents.

.4. The bidders are required to send their bids through courier/registered mail in duplicate in separate

envelopes clearly marked as original and duplicate. The original shall be sent to Project Director DDA D.I.Khan and duplicate to Director Technical Kohat Development Authority Kohat. Both the original and duplicate bids shall reach the concerned offices before closing date & time.

5. For work at S.No.1, to 5 the eligible contractors/ firms are required to submit two separate sealed envelops 1st envelope containing technical information of bid and marked as technical bid while 2nd

envelop containing priced bill of quantity (B.O.Q) clearly marked as Financial bid accompanied with tender form and call deposit. The financial bids of those firms will be opened only who are technical qualified by the competent authority.

6. The technical bids from S.No.1 to 5 must accompany;i. Proof of enlistment with the department.ii. PEC certificate of Renewal upto 2018.iii. Annual return to income tax department 2015-16.iv. Experience record.v. Equipment & plantsvi. Personal capabilities.vii. Bank statement last three years upto 31/7/2017.viii. Auditor report.ix. Fresh certificate of no litigation/arbitration certificate with departments.

7. Bids more than 10% below on the estimated cost, additional call deposit/ bank draft equal to 8% of the estimated cost in favour of the Project Director DDA shall be enclosed in the sealed bid otherwise bid shall be termed as non-responsive

8. The tender will be rejected of those contractors, whose documents found incomplete/bogus.

9. If any document submitted alongwith bid documents found false/bogus the registration of the contractor/firm shall be cancelled.

10. 2.5% over head charges in respect of DDA and advertisement charges will be deducted from each estimated cost of tenders.

11. .OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAN BE SEEN ON THE NOTICE BOARD OF DDA D.I.KHAN
