BODYBALANCE® (All fitness levels) This 60 minute class tones and strengthens all muscle groups as well as bring calm and focus to the mind. It increases core strength, flexibility and mobility, whilst improving co- ordination and balance. Using the combination of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. BODYBALANCE® is the perfect antidote to the stresses of modern life. BODYCOMBAT® Fight calories with this 60 minute fun empowering athletic workout. BODYCOMBAT® is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Combining moves and stances from a range of self defence disciplines like Karate, Tai Chi, Kickboxing and Tae Kwondo. We’ll have you fighting fit in no time! BODYPUMP® (All fitness levels) A 60 minute nonimpact, resistance training program using barbells and easily adjustable weights. Ideal for muscle conditioning, shaping and toning, as well as increasing strength, stamina and bone density. BODYPUMP® is excellent for reducing body fat by building lean muscle mass subsequently raising your metabolic rate. BODYSTEP® (60 minutes) Suitable for all fitness levels, this class is a cardiovascular program that uses a height adjustable step. Providing a high energy cardio workout to music, BODYSTEP® features high intensity intervals followed by muscle conditioning tracks designed to shape and tone the entire lower body while pushing fat-burning systems into high gear. BODYSTEP® ATHLETIC (All fitness levels) This 60 minute cardiovascular program uses a height adjustable step - providing a high energy cardio workout to music. Replacing the usual track 8 (party) and track 9 (speed) with a high intensity, low complexity athletic circuit this class will challenge your fitness levels while pushing fat burning systems into high gear. FAT BURNER (All fitness levels) A fantastic 60 minute cardiovascular workout with a toning component. It is a great class to burn fat, tone muscles, increase fitness and have fun. GRIT STRENGTH 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training to take your fitness to a new level with a combination of strength, power, plyometric and cardio circuit sequences. Grit accelerates fat- burning and hormonal benefits that enhance health and wellbeing. INTERACTIVE For the young at heart. A low intensity 45 minute class designed just for you. This class offers a variety of land based exercises to increase functional strength and fitness. So much fun you won’t know you’re exercising. PILATES (All fitness levels) Is an exercise session in body awareness that provides you with the skills to master your own physical destiny. It consists of a series of exercises focusing on the abs, lower back and buttocks. Re shape your body by increasing muscle strength, flexibility and coordination (55 minutes). RELAX PILATES (All fitness levels) A gentle unwinding of the body and mind with a soothing 60 minutes of stretch and relaxation exercises specifically designed to; increase flexibility and mobility, improve posture preventing muscular imbalances, prevent post-exercise tightness and soreness, reduce stress and tension. RPM™ (All fitness levels) The ultimate group cycling experience “rock concert on wheels”. RPM™ is a non impact workout that has the capacity to burn up to 900 calories per hour. The ideal program for weight loss suitable for all ages and abilities. RPM™ is a 45 minute non impact workout. RPM EXPRESS (All fitness levels) This class is a 30min class format, which excludes Track 2 Pace, Track 6 Speed work and Track 7 Mountain climb. Plenty of workout and limit of rest. SH’BAM™ Featuring simple but seriously hot dance moves, a 45 minute SH’BAM TM class is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star - even if you’re dance challenged. Set to a soundtrack of chart-topping popular hits SH’BAM TM is the ultimate fun and sociable way to exercise. YOGA Great for improving flexibility, this 55 minute class is for everybody. Combined body and mind awareness plus improved breathing techniques and stress management. ZUMBA® The newest, hottest, Latin 60 minute dance-inspired workout that has changed the face of fitness across the world! Zumba® uses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves as well as interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to create a calorie- burning and energising workout while toning and sculpting your body. AQUA BOOTCAMP this class features interval training, power and propulsive moves to challenge you without the stress on back and joints due to the buoyancy of the water. Aquabells and noodles may be used to enhance the workout. This is the most challenging of our aqua fitness classes. (60 minutes) AQUA DEEP (Beginners to Advanced) A great cardiovascular workout using a buoyancy belt in the deep water. There is no impact on the joints making it a perfect environment for those with injuries or limitations. This is a 45 minute class suitable for beginners to advanced. Confidence in deep water is required. AQUA FITNESS (Beginner to Advanced) This is a shallow water cardiovascular workout. Low impact, with little choreography, designed to increase the heart rate. Great workout for Abs, butts and thighs. 55 minute duration. (Program pool) AQUA LITE (All fitness levels) A gentle low impact class in shallow water. This is a 45 minute class to suit all fitness levels. The water reducing impact on the joints by supporting up to 85% of body weight, making it a perfect environment for those with injuries or limitations. (Program pool) EARLY RISE AQUA (All fitness levels) Wake yourself up with this shallow water aqua class. Minimal choreography that will suit all levels of fitness. You control the intensity, making it as hard or as easy as you like. This 45 minute class is a combination of cardio and resistance training.
