Training Certificates

Used for uploading and storing any training not completed through the Registry.

How to Upload a Training Certificate

Step 1: Save the document to the computer used to login or on an external storage device

connected to the computer (such as a thumb drive or USB storage device).

Step 2: Login into the NH Professional Registry

Step 3: Click “My Registry Record”

Step 4: Click “Training Certificate”.

Step 5: Click “Add New Training Certificate”.

Step 6: Complete the requested training information. Required fields are noted with an asterisk

(*).

Step 7: Click the blue “Add” button.

Step 8: Click “Upload Document”

Step 9: Click “Add New Attachments”.

Step 10: Complete required fields marked with an asterisk (*). If attaching a training certificate,

be sure to include the date of the training in “Name”.

Step 11: Click “Browse” to search for the document saved to the computer used to login and

click “Add”.
