Tại Triển lãm Vietnam Manufacturing Expo 2013, khái niệm “Nền tảng cộng đồng” sẽ được đặt lên trên cả máy móc và công nghệ. Tại triển lãm, phát triển nguồn nhân lực dưới góc độ đào tạo kỹ năng lãnh đạo, tinh thần kinh doanh và công nghệ cũng sẽ là yếu tố quan trọng giúp công nghiệp hỗ trợ Việt Nam phát triển bền vững, mang tới tương lai đầy hứa hẹn khi gia nhập Cộng đồng Kinh tế chung ASEAN (AEC).

Vietnam Manufacturing Expo 2013 cùng với các triển lãm đồng địa điểm dự kiến phát triển một hệ thống cơ sở đào tạo cho các nhà công nghiệp ở mọi trình độ muốn tập trung các ngành nghề để phục vụ cho các ngành công nghiệp hỗ trợ tại Việt Nam. Do đó, hàng loạt các hoạt động chất lượng cao tại triển lãm đang được triển khai cho phép các doanh nghiệp tham gia có thể phát triển nguồn nhân lực, tối đa hóa năng suất và lợi ích nhờ cơ hội học hỏi, tìm kiếm và liên kết với các doanh nghiệp khác.

Vietnam Manufacturing Expo 2013 là triển lãm duy nhất mà ngành công nghiệp hỗ trợ Việt Nam không nên bỏ lỡ.
