1. 고효율의 DAESUNG ROTARY VIBRATOR를 진동원으로 사용하므로, 진폭의 조정이 쉽고 유지보수가 간단합니다.

2. SCREEN UNIT(WIRE MESH)의 교체가 매우 간편합니다. 1DECK의 교체시간은 약5~10분정도 소요(DSEI 1200-30 SERIES 기준)

3. SCREEN UNIT의 면적이, 분급작업에 가장 용이한 형상인 직사각형을 이루고 있어 분급효율의 극대화를 기대할 수 있습니다.

4. ANTI-CLOGGING DEVICE가 장착되어 있어 분급시 MESH의눈 막힘현상을 억제하여 지속적인 분급의 효과를 보증합니다.

5.분급대상물의 흐름속도를 이상적으로 CONTROL하기 위한 망의SLOPE는 8도~13도, 13도~18도로 이루어져 있습니다.

내부에 DISTRIBUTION GUIDE가 설치되어 있어, 처리물이 SCREEN MESH전면적을 활용할 수 있게 하여 SCREEN효율을 극대화 시켰습니다.

REAR DOORREAR DOOR를 열고 간단하고 짧은시간에 SCREENUNIT(MESH)를 교체할 수 있다. 다단으로 구성되어 있을경우에도 최하단의 SCREEN UNIT만 교체할 수 있습니다.Open and closed so that work will be done smoothly in replacing the mesh. Enable to replace only the lowestscreen unit of multistage screen.

본 기계를 운반시 SPRING의 흔들림에 의한 기계의 파손 및SPRING의 파손을 방지하기 위하여 출고시에 SHIPPINGBRACKET를 체결합니다. 또한 SPRING을 주위의 수분 및습도에 의한 내부식성을 향상시키기 위해 PROTECTIONRUBBER를 반 하 습니다.

Shipping bracket keep the machine with locking ittransportation.Protection rubber established to protect the springfrom rust by humidity.

AMPLITUDE INDICATORTROUGH 측면에 진동각도와 90도로 진폭지시스티커가부착되어 있으므로, 사용자가 기계의 진폭을 확인할 수있습니다.User check amplitude of machine by indicationsticker on the side of trough.

INSPECTION DOOR간편하고 광범위하게 TROUGH내부를 관찰 할 수 있다. 좌측의 완전분진예방형과우측의 간편개폐형이 있습니다.This is enable to inspect the inside of trough simple and broadly.There are two type model of left side perpect prevention dust type and rightside simple opening type.

운전중에 SCREENING의 효과확인 및 SAMPLE 체취를 하기위한 HOLE이며, SCREEN UNIT를 교체시에는이 HOLE로 손을 넣어, OUTLET쪽의 HOOKING부분을걷어 올려 SCREEN UNIT를 쉽게 교체할 수 있습니다.

This hole is used to conduct sampling and confirmthe effect during operation.This is enable to change the screen unit withhooking up outlet.

CLEANING DEVICE(BOUNCING BALL DEVICE)SCREENING 효율의 극대화 및 운전중 SCREEN UNIT의 BLINDING을 억제하기 위한 장치로써,SILICON RUBBER 또는 NATURAL RUBBER재질의 BALL과 고탄성의 WIRE NET TYPE의BALL TRAY로 구성되어 있습니다.

Maximazing the efficiency of screening and getting rid of mesh open clogging, it made up silicon rubber or naturalrubber ball and high elasticity ball tray of wire net tray.

DSEI SERIES의 VIBRATING SCREEN을 사료생산 공장에 적용하 습니다.좌측의 사진은 베트남의 사료공장에 설치 운용되고 있는 장면입니다. 분쇄된주원료와 부원료를 SIEVING하는 공정에 적용하 으며, PELLETING한 완제품을 SIEVING하는 공정에 적용하 습니다.

PELLET완제품용 SCREEN은 4DECK TYPE을 적용하여, PELLET의 생산규격에 따른 SCREEN MESH의 교체가 필요없습니다.

Vibrating screen of DSEI series is applicated feed plant.This left side photogragh is a scene of operating in Vietnam feed mill plant.The crushed main material and sub-material were applied in the sieving process, and used in the process to sieve the pelletized complete product.

The screen for pellet complete product uses 4 dect type, and it is unnecessary to replace screen mesh pursuant to production size of pellet.

우측하단의 사진은 당사에서 제작완료된 DSEI SERIES의 VIBRATINGSCREEN을 SHOP TESTING하는 장면입니다.종래에는 분쇄된 주원료(옥수수)를 OVER SIZE를 분급하고 대립자제품과 미립자제품을 포장 및 다른원료와 혼합하는 공정에 바로 작용하 으나, 근래에는 소비자의 욕구에 부응하여, MULTI-DECK의 DSEI VIBRATING SCREEN을 적용하여 보다 세분화 분급한 후, 제품군을 대립자제품, 중립자제품, 미립자제품 등으로 별도 관리하고 있습니다.

The photograph in the right lower side is a scene to shop-teshvibrating screen of DESI series which has been completely fabricatedby our company.This was used in a process of distributing the crushed main material(corn) to over size, packging large particle product and fineproduct, and mixing it with other materials previously, but is finelydistributed by using DESI vibrating screen of muli-deck in order tocope with desire of consumers and then is separately controlled inlarge particle product, medium particle product, fine particleproduct,etc. with respect to product group currently.

The Photogaph in the left upperer side is a scene of being operated vibrating screen of of Multi-deck Desi series in chemical product.The contact surface of product all used stainless 304 in order toprevent contamination in product, and packing material usedsilicon rubber in order to handle high temperature(100¡C)product. Multi-deck operation is possible as left side, becauseDSEI series have convenience of replacing screen unit.

The left lower is the photo scene of Mulit-deck Dsei seriesvibrating screen operated in chemical plant.

우측상단의 사진은, 화학공장의 SIZING PROCESS에서 운전되고 있는 장면입니다.OVER SIZE, PRODUCT, FINE 3가지로 분급하는 공정이며, PRODUCT에가루함량을 최소화하는 정 분급을 위하여 DISTRIBUTION DECK를 설치한 것이특징입니다. 분급된 OVER SIZE는 다음공정에서 FITZ MILL에 의해 재분쇄됩니다.

우측하단의 사진은, 생산완료된 화학제품을 포장하기전에 LUMP SIZE를 제거하기 위한 SAFETY SCREEN의 목적으로 운전되고 있는 장면입니다.특징으로는, SCREEN MACHINE에 공급하는 FEEDER를 VIBRATORY PIPEFEEDER를 적용한 것입니다. VIBRATORY PIPE FEEDER는 제품이 이송되는PIPE 내부에 어떠한 회전체도 없기 때문에, 종래의 SCREW FEEDER와 같은이송기의 문제점인, 이송시 미분함량증가에 대한 근본적인 해결방안으로 사용되고있습니다.

The photograph in the right upper side is a scene of being operated atsizing process of chemical plant. This is a process of distribution is 3kinds of over size, product and fine, and has a feature of installingdistribution deck for precise distribution of minimizing powder content inproduct. The distributed over size is re-crushed by FITZ mill at thenext process.

The photograph in the right lower side is a scene of being operated for thepurpose of safety screen in order to remove lump size beforepackaging the produced chemical product.As a feature, the feeder to be supplied for screen machine uses vibratorypipe feeder. Vibratory pipe feeder has no rotary part in the inside of pipewhere product is conveyed, so it is being used fo solving basic problem offine material content increase during conveyance which is a problem ofconveying machine such as traditional screw feeder.

좌측사진은, 사료공장의 주원료 투입공정에 설치 운용되고 있는 DSEI SERIES의 VIBRATING SCREEN과 ASPIRATOR가 조합된 설비입니다.주원료인 통옥수수를 용랑 80TON/HR로 연속으로 SCREEN에 투입하여 주원료에 함유되어 있는 이물질과 조각난 옥수수 및 가루를 분급하고, 분급정선된옥수수를 ASPIRATOR를 통과시켜, 옥수수와 분리되어 있는 옥수수의 박피(껍질)를 ASPIRATOR로 분리시켜 DUCT COLLECTOR로 포집합니다.박피를 분리하므로써, 제품의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있습니다.

The left side photograph is a facility where DSEI series vibratingscreen is combined with aspirator which is installed and operated in main material input process of feed plant.Raw corn being main material is inputted into screen continuously at 80ton/HR capacity in order to distribute cornand power from foreign material contained in main material.and the distributed corn passes through aspirator by separatingcorn skin with aspirator in order to collect it using dust collector.Separating thin skin can improve quality of product.

우측의 사진은 DSEI VIBRATING SCREEN의 효율을 100% 활용하기 위하여INLET전단에 VIBRAORY SPREADING FEEDER를 설치하여 전공정에서 공급되는 HANDING MATERIAL을 얇게 펼쳐서 SCREEN으로 공급하는 장면입니다.HANDLING MATERIAL이 SCREEN의 어느 한쪽으로 치우쳐서 투입되면SCREEN의 효율이 저하되므로 이를 방지하기 위한 최상의 방식입니다.

he righ side photogragh is a scene of spreading and supplyinghandling material to screen which is supplied at the previousprocess by installing vibratory spreading feeder at the front sideof inlet in order to use efficiency of DSEI vibrating screen 100%.If handling material is inputted to any one side of screen,efficiency of screen is reduced so that this is the best method ofpreventing it.
