• Launched for transparent and speedy redressal of citizens grievances , it is a 4‐tier system at Gram, Taluka, District & State level
• Grievances submitted are first resolved by authorities at respective level &thereafter all pending grievances are reviewed by the CM on 4th Thursday of every month

• Operational since 2011, ATVT is an online system to strengthen the administration at
the Taluka level for better implementation of government schemes and addressing
the applications / grievances of the people
• Cluster level monitoring approach, is used in ATVT model
• Nearly 180 services of different departments are being delivered under one roof from a ‘single window’
• Applications for assistance under various services are now collected and processed
at the Taluka level itself thereby eliminating the need to travel to district
headquarters
• Services provided by ATVT include One Day Services like Issuance of
Certifications such as Income, Caste, Residence, Senior Citizen etc.
Renewals such as Arms License, Ration Card, Birth date change etc .
• SMS alerts sent to applicants on receipt and approval of their application

• OJAS is also used for Teachers Eligibility Test (TET)

• By Integrating BhuLekh Soft with the e Gram Vishwa Gram(eGVG) project, that provides broadband connectivity throughVSAT to village Panchayats, farmers can get RoR copies from theVillage Panchayat itself.

• Operational since 2008, IFMS serves as an integrated solution for aconsolidated database of the government expenditures and receiptsacross Gujarat
• IFMS is at the core of all the ICT initiatives undertaken by Financedepartment and provides an real time view of the State’s financialposition
• IFMS has been implemented in 33 district treasury offices, 2 Pay andp y , yAccount offices, 2 pension payment office, more than 144 sub treasuryoffices centralized directorate of pension and provident fund (DPPF)office, 25 local fund offices and centralized pay verification unit (PVU)

• Operational since 2010, TPDS has helped to minimize official discretionwhile providing food security to the poor and vulnerable section,enhancing beneficiary participation and transparency across the PDSsupply chain by computerizing it.
• TPDS authenticates beneficiary identification and captures thetransaction at the Fair Price Shop (FPS) level issue new bar coded rationcards only to rightful beneficiaries hence reducing leakages in thedistribution

Integrated workflow & Document Management System (IWDMS)Transparency & Effectiveness in Administration by automating the government functions and process.
• Government of Gujarat (GoG) wants to use e‐Governance as thetool to improve the Accountability, Transparency & Effectivenessin Government administration. The project has beenimplemented for the same through automating the governmentfunctions and processes at all levels of the administrativehierarchy.
• IWDMS provides Document Management, WorkflowManagement, Collaborative Environment and KnowledgeManagement in an integrated fashion and delivers an ElectronicWorkplace that result in productivity improvement inWorkplace that result in productivity improvement inGovernment.
• The project initially covered all employees of the Government ofGujarat at New Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar. It is now beingextended to the employees of the HoDs of the departments inGandhinagar and AhmedabadGandhinagar and Ahmedabad.
• In order to achieve Single File Management System across thestate, IWDMS will be extended to all other HoDs in Gujarat in aphased manner. IWDMS has also benefited the citizen's directlythrough applications such as Grievance Redressal , CM ReliefFund, Surat Disaster Assessment Survey, etc.
