The VF7000 Series PN25 butterfly valves and VA400 actuators are designed to
shutoff or regulate the flow of hot or chilled water in the HVAC system, especially in the
large air handling unit. This series includes all models ranging from DN50 to DN600.
Different modes of control can be achieved either through on/off or modulating type
actuators.
Actuators and valves are calibrated in the factory and packed separately for ease of
delivery and installation.

Installation
1. Inner walls of valves and piping must be kept clean and dirt-
free.
2. Install the valve according to the flow direction as marked on
the valve.
3. Keep the valve stem horizontal during installation, so that
axial stress is minimized and accumulation of debris inside the
bottom end of the pipe may be avoided.
4. Install valve and gaskets into pipeline.
Ensure the valves are installed concentrically between two
flanges, so as to prevent damage caused by friction during
operation.
Electric Wiring (VA400)Mechanical Installation
NOTE: Wiring must be conducted by a qualified technical staff Read the Installation Manual before wiring
WARNING: Risk of electric shock. Disconnect the power supply first before connecting the electric wires. Hazardous voltage inside may cause severe injury or even death.
• For IP67 actuator wiring: 10-14mm cable• Loosen the screws of the protective cover to remove it• Follow the Installation Manual to begin the wiring process• Turn on the power to test the wiring• Do a test run on the actuator and check if the operational
direction and limiter is working properly.• Put the protective cover back in place
