Position the rubber vibration mat
underneath the booster pump.

Step 1 – Position

Step 3 – Mark
Mark distances on pump jacket for
drilling, measuring to the centre of the hole location for the pipes.

Step 4 – Drill
Carefully drill out locations for pipes using the supplied
hole saw bit.

Step 7 – Assemble
Fit the lid of the jacket ensuring all
velcro flaps are tightly secured.

Important Point To Note
Certain pump models require additional ventilation holes as they are air-cooled instead of water-cooled. This involves drilling extra holes as shown below that allow additional circulation.

The pump jacket has been designed for use with Grundfos, Salamander and Monsoon booster pumps
Drill 2 holes here (at base where motor is)
& 2 holes here (close to the top)
