The VacClad-W design PowerModule incorporates individualvertical sections which will enclosea maximum of;
(1) Two VCP-W breakers,
(2) Four auxiliary drawouts, or

I. Select the Proper Breaker Style NumberTo select the correct style number for aVCP-W breaker, the followinginformation must be known: Voltagerating, short circuit current rating(ANSI or IEC), and continuous currentrating. After this information has beendetermined select the first 7 digits ofthe circuit breaker style number fromTable 1 or Table 2.The last 3 digits of a VCP-W circuitbreaker style number can bedetermined from the circuit breakercontrol voltage(s) and interrupting(breaking) time, from Table 3, e.g. thevalid style number for an ANSI 15 kV,500 MVA, 1200A breaker with 125 Vdccontrol and standard 5 cycleinterrupting time would be3A73950G02.Breaker elements should be enteredon Vista order entry suffix Q20.Breakers which require a controlvoltage not available in Table 3 orbreakers which require anundervoltage release or second shunttrip, 3 cycle rating and/or UL labelshould be entered on Vista order entrysuffix Y3 by description.
II. Select the Proper Structure Style NumberPower ModulesTo select the proper power module foryour application, first determine thestructural configuration from page 5.For example, if a 1200A UpperCompartment (U.C.)/1200A LowerCompartment (U.C.) Power Module isrequired and a 36" wide, glasspolyester, 41 kA is needed, obtain itsstyle number (#3A38303G01) and enterit on Vista order entry suffix Q17. Note: 26" wide (ND) is for 5kV-250MVA only. 36"wide is for both 5kV & 15kV Power Modules.
Mini ModulesTo select the proper mini module foryour application, first determine thestructural configuration required, thenselect the appropriate compartmentlocation from page 9. For example, if a1200A, 36" wide, 41 kA glass polyesterlower compartment mini module isrequired, obtain its style number(#6510C91G02) and enter it on Vistaorder entry suffix Q17. Note: 1200A, 26" wide (ND), 41kA is for 5 kV-250 MVA only.

III. Select the Proper VCP-W 5/15 kVAccessories15 kV VCP-W AccessoriesThere are two different sets ofaccessories for the 5/15 kV breakers.A set for the 36" wide design and aset for the 26" narrow design. Theseaccessories can be found on page 11for the wide design and on page 12 forthe narrow design.A TOC (Truck Operated Cell) Switch isrequired when a customer wishes tohave auxiliary contacts to indicate ifthe breaker is in the connected or disconnected position. A MOC(Mechanism Operated Cell) Switch is ordered when a customer requiresadditional auxiliary contacts to indicatewhen the breaker is in the open orclosed state. An MOC is designed tooperate in the connect position only orboth test and connect positions.A set of standard accessories includes;a left and right removable extensionrail, rail clamps, manual charginghandle, lifting yoke, levering crank,and a primary contact spanner wrenchfor narrow design only.Optional accessories include; a testcabinet, spin-free levering crank,test jumper, portable lifter, dockingtransport dolly, drawout ramp andlifting yoke.Manual Ground and Test Devices, BailType Manual Ground and Test Devices,Electrical Manual Ground and TestDevices, and Dummy Elements stylenumbers can be found on page 13 andentered on Vista Order Entry SuffixQ20.Note: You must order these accessories by theirstyle numbers on Vista order entry suffix Q17.
