All children must be escorted to and from the restroom.

Teachers/helpers stands at restroom entrance, propping door open with back.

Choose a transition for a group break.

Volunteers’ lounge

Set up with beverages and snacks.

Visits lounge with limited time.

Youth helpers need get permission form leaders.

Please leave all drinks and food in lounge

Enjoy!

Transition Do not leave a rotation early. “Time Fillers” can be used to fill

time as needed.

Group guides need to walk your group to and from activities.

Be on time to each station.

Use transition time to practice song sand memory verses.

Group guides need to stay with your group at each station to assist in activities and crowd control.

 ❌NO  spaghetti  straps  ❌NO  midriff  tops  or  dresses.  ❌NO  ripped  off  sleeves.  ❌

Shorts  of  modest  length  are  acceptable.  NO  SHORT  SHORTS.  

ØThe  dress  code  is  enforced  at  all  

times.  Participants  are  to  abide  

by  the  dress  code  at  ministry  

sites  (CCCFC  campus).  

Violator will be asked to change or drop out of program
