Post Laser treatment instructions

• Do not remove stockings for 5-7 days

• Take medication as prescribed

• Return to normal activity over next 2-3 days

• Wear stockings from morning to evening after7 days.

• Walk for 20 min every day.

• Follow up at one week, one month and three months

Prevention of varicose veins

• Avoiding long periods of

standing or sitting

• control your weight

• Regularly elevating the legs

• Regular walk and exercises
