ScrumMaster is not faithfully committed to the principles

and values of Scrum.

Team members avoid COURAGE and OPEN

discussion about sore points with each other

Nobody speaks OPENLY about major dysfunctions,

because "it is not accepted”here

Scrum team does not speak OPENLY about existing and

identified problems on Sprint Reviews, preferring to deliver

only sweet pills to stakeholders.

Team members do not RESPECT each other,

sometimes hiding critical information.
