Work and Organizational Motivation Inventory (WOMI)

WOMI assesses motivation taking into account intrinsic and extrinsic variables and provides abroad framework on the motivational dynamics that govern the behavior of people.

Marianna CarbonariChief Executive Officer and IMSA Search Board Member

Marianna Carbonari has a twenty-years experience in managing structured and

complex Executive Search projects.

She has carried out more than 500 searches to identify the best managerial

profiles in the main industries of the Italian market. She has been involved in

complex market research both nationally and internationally, as well as salary

benchmarks and Corporate Governance projects.

Before becoming President and CEO of Value for Talent, she was a Senior

Associate at Spencer Stuart Italy, where she worked for more than ten years,

gaining an in-depth understanding of many industrial sectors and FMCG.

Marianna has an Executive MBA at SDA Bocconi University in Milan.
