The Results

Up and running on Autotask in 30 days. All communication is tracked in Autotask Configuration Items tracked (via Kaseya) All on the same page, accessing and updating

system, from anywhere. Kaseya Integration Completed during 2nd

quarter w/Autotask.

The Benefits

Effectively paperless operation Time from service ticket to billing was three weeks or

more, now is completed in minutes every Monday. Eliminated 20hrs per week for billing/tracking Added 5hrs per tech per week of tracked time. Translation?

5 hrs x 17 techs x 48 weeks per year Additional 4080 hours (per year) of tracked time! If only 10% of that became billable at $175/hr 4,080 x .10 x $175 = $71,400 of found money

(more $$$$)
