Vails Gate?!

Thank you to everyone who

helped out with our quarterly

appreciation day on Saturday,

September 27th

! We hope thateveryone enjoyed themselves and

the food!! Special thanks to Hope,

Ashley, Lori, Bernie, Monica,

Fikrette, Susana, Fred, and Steve

K. for helping out! We currently

have our next one tentatively set

up around Thanksgiving with a

potluck theme! If anyone has

suggestions or ideas please let

any member of management

know!

On the same morning of

appreciation day we held our best

bagger contest, where Joceline

Recently we have welcomed:Jadelize in Shop from Home, Kenyatta in our

Seafood department, and a warm welcome back to Margaret on the front end!!!

Our AEM surveys are finally complete so

thank you to everyone for your support

the past few weeks in getting all surveys

completed and getting your opinions

heard! Remember you can always feel

free to come to any member of

management about any issues, you

dont need to wait for the survey to get

any possible issues handled!

Football season is here! Wear yo

favorite football jersey every

weekend to support your team!

The cart representative (Tyler) came over immediately to assist the

customer as she left the store with heavy bags. The customer deeply

appreciated his help.

Tyler saw that the customer was struggling with a 24 pack of water. He

offered to help and put the water into the car. Tyler would also not accept

tip.

Tyler came over and loaded the water in the car for the caller.

Anthony -Customer is pleased with the outstanding service and pleasant experience

Anthony provided in pharmacy. He is very knowledgeable. He was the mos

professional pharmacist he has ever encountered. Anthony was

outstanding. He knows his medications. Wife feels the same way.

Terry -

Caller was looking for a bouquet of flowers and needed it quick. Caller

dealt with Terry and she went above and beyond what is expected.

David H-

Caller states David was very pleasant and sweet. He offered assistance anit was the first time she has had that question asked of her for the 28 years

she has been a SR shopper.

Max-

Maximillian helped her with groceries by taking them to the car for her. H

was so patient and kind while she was repacking the groceries into other

bags she had. He refused the tip she offered.
