VIP is the Vacuum Insulation Panel abbreviation of English; it is one of the Insulation materials, it is by the core filling materials and vacuum protection surface layer compound and into, it effectively avoid air convection caused by heat transfer, therefore coefficient of thermal conductivity can be greatly reduced, less than 0.0025 w/m.k, and does not contain any OD materials, it has the characteristics of environmental protection and energy efficient, the world's most advanced efficient heat preservation material.

• Lifetime:10-15 years ( We assume that VIP service lifeis supposed to end once its thermal conductivity exceeds0.01W/m.K.)
• At present, ordinary dessicant(made of Cao) is commonly used among mostof the VIP manufacturers. Dessicant can only absorb water molecule, but itis incapable of absorbing internal gas. And yet getter can and is able toguarantee a long VIP service life.
• Supertech, in possession of one getter and one high-performancedessicant(E-getter) production lines, is the only manufacturer that canindependently produce getters in China.
• Below are comparative tests on thermal conductivity variation of the VIPwith different getters.

Key Factors to High Quality VIP
• Thermal conductivity is a key standard to judge if VIP is good quality. The thermal conductivity of VIP could be significantly affected by fourkey factors as below,
• Quality of Core Material• Barrier Property of Film• Getter Selected• The performance of the Equipment

2003—2013 Samples Preserved
• This is a sample chamber, where we have beenpreserving samples fortesting every year, everystage since 2003, and weview it as our treasurebecause of the abundantdata and messages itcarries. we stick toconducting repetitivetracking experiments everyyear.
• These samples have beenpreserved for 10 years, andit lays a firm and solid basisfor the theory of ST-VIPproduct life circle.
