• Installed Guardians in numerous properties, utilising property whilst refurbishing.

• Switched their security concept to Guardianship across some very large, local listed, landmark projects.

Save Britain’s HeritageWill Palin

• Use Guardians to try and prevent the wholesale destruction of hundreds of empty houses in Liverpool

• Aim to prove that these houses would be better refurbished than demolished.
