Why do I exist?
MISSION
Being a government employee as a bank examiner is my bread and butter. Performing such role,
off-course, I make sure is aligned to both state
and religious decrees. For this reason, I am a MASTERPIECE
and I’m part of the solution, and not a
contribution to the commotion.
What do I want to achieve?
The Masterpiece envisions to become a:
(i) full-time bank examiner who infects financial institutions to innately perform safe and sound banking practices;
(ii) part time tourist who naturally appreciates and promotes the natural MASTERPIECEs in every town; and
(iii) discreetly acts as mediator between the affluent and the impoverished, in every provincial field works I’ll be assigned to.
VISION

Admitted sinner
“He who carries a humble heart can travel light on his way up to the Eternal Life ” - Unknown
Appreciative sonThere are a lot of pressures for being the youngest son; surpassing what my brother had achieved is on top of the list.
But who cares?!? In return, I still feel like a baby even if I’m already bigger than my parents.
Brother-figure

Four stages of community building
• Pseudo community
• Chaos
• Emptiness
• True community
Four stages of community building
Pseudo community - This is a stage where members try to cover up their differences
• How can I adjust to their culture?
• What are their daily norms that I need to learn?
Four stages of community building
Chaos - When pseudo community fails to work, the members start falling upon each other, giving vent to their mutual disagreements and differences
• Why can’t I understand the Muslim men’s practice of marrying up to 5 times?
• Why do I hate seeing kids on the streets selling different stuffs while their parents are just gambling?
Four stages of community building
Emptiness - the people learn to empty themselves of those ego related factors that are preventing their entry into community
• I need to humble myself
• I have to loosen up
• I have to accept that nobody is perfect
Four stages of community building
True community - People are able to relate to each other's feelings
• I understand what they feel and the reason behind their every actions
• I realize that these people do not just need material things, more importantly, things that do not have monetary value – BEST things in LIFE are FREE!

Measure of Success
“Happiness is not so much in having as sharing. We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give” - Norman MacEwan
A genuine smile on a kid’s face is SIMPLY AMAZING!
A community who MASTERs a certain craft for living makes them productive and will eventually turn the place into a PEACEful environment
