Sastojci za 4 osobe:320 g arborio riže
3 žlice SMS maslinova ulja1 luk (80 g)
2 češnja češnjaka100 ml bijelog vina
1 ŽLICA VEGETE200 ml Passate Podravka
2 Eva tuna komadi u maslinovom ulju (2x80 g)
sol, papar1 žlica nasjeckanog peršina
sir ribanac za posluživanje
Priprema: Na zagrijano maslinovo ulje stavite nasjeckani luk i pirjajte do zlatne
boje. Dodajte protisnuti češnjak, opranu i ocijeđenu rižu i kratko popecite. Zalijte
vinom, dodajte vode po potrebi, uz miješanje pirjajte na laganoj vatri. Zatim
dodajte pasiranu rajčicu i jednu žlicu Vegete.Kada je riža skoro gotova umiješajte ocijeđenu tunu i pospite peršinom.
Rižoto poslužite odmah posipan sirom ribancem.
Vrijeme pripreme: 25 minuta
Ingredients for 4 people:320 g Arborio rice 3 tbsp SMS olive oil1 onion (80 g)2 cloves of garlic100 ml white wine1 TABLESPOON VEGETA200 ml Podravka Passata strained tomatoes 2 cans Eva tuna solid in olive oil (2x80 g)Salt, pepper1 tablespoon chopped parsley Grated cheese for serving
Instructions: Fry chopped onion in heated olive oil until golden. Add crushed garlic, washed and drained rice and fry briefly. Add wine, and add water as necessary, while stirring over low heat. Add tomatoes and tablespoon Vegeta. When the rice is almost tender, add in drained tuna and sprinkle with parsley.Serve immediately with grated cheese. Preparation time: 25 minutes

Sastojci za 4 osobe:500 g pilećeg filea
500 g svinjetine u komadu2 žlice Vegete Twist grill (25 g)
200 g luka 250 g zelene paprike
150 g mini rajčicaulje za premazivanje ražnjića
Priprema: Narežite meso na kocke, pospite ga Vegetom Twist grill te ostavite stajati
30 minuta. Luk i zelenu papriku očistite i narežite na veće komade, a mini rajčicu
samo operite. Na štapiće za ražnjiće stavljajte naizmjenično komadiće mesa i povrća.Na kraju ih premažite uljem i pecite na
ugrijanom roštilju, na grillu u pećnici ili u većoj tavi.
Ingredients for 4 people:500 g chicken fillet500 g pork 2 tbsp Vegeta Twist grill (25 g)200 g onion250 g green pepper150 g cherry tomatoesOil for basting skewers
Instructions: Cut meat into cubes, sprinkle with Vegeta Twist grill and leave about 30 minutes. Clean and chop onion and green pepper into larger pieces, and wash cherry tomatoes. Alternate meat and vegetables on skewer stick.Baste with oil and grill on a hot barbeque, in a grill oven or in a large frying pan.

SALATA S TJESTENINOMPASTA SALAD
Sastojci za 4 osobe:250 g tjestenine Podravka (Farfalle)
sol100 g malih rajčica1 krastavac (150 g)
100 g Kukuruza šećerca Podravka 100 g SMS zelenih otkoštenih maslina
1 stabljika celera60 ml SMS maslinova ulja
3 žlice limunova soka2 žlice nasjeckanog peršina
50 ml jogurta
Priprema: Tjesteninu skuhajte u posoljenoj vodi, ocijedite i ohladite. Dodajte krastavce
narezane na kockice, male rajčice na pola, stabljiku celera na ploške i ocijeđeni
kukuruz šećerac. Na kraju umiješajte narezane masline. Maslinovo ulje
pomiješajte s limunovim sokom, jogurtom i prelijte preko salate. Dodajte peršin i promiješajte. Salatu poslužite hladnu.
Ingredients for 4 people:250 g Podravka pastasalt100 g cherry tomatoes1 cucumber (150 g)100 g Podravka sweet corn100 g SMS green olives without kernel 1 celery stalk60 ml SMS olive oil3 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp chopped parsley50 ml yogurt
Instructions: Cook pasta in salted water, drain and let cool. Add cubed cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced celery and drained sweet corn. Finally, add chopped olives. Mix olive oil with lemon juice and yogurt and pour over salad. Add parsley and mix well. Serve cold.

BRZI KRUMPIR GULAŠ QUICK POTATO GOULASH
Sastojci za 4 osobe:600 g krumpira
sol2 Goveđa gulaša Podravka
(2x300 g)100 ml bijelog vina
1 žlica nasjeckanog peršina
Priprema: Krumpir ogulite i narežite na kockice. Prelijte vodom tako da ga
prekrije, posolite i kuhajte 15 minuta da krumpir omekša. Ukoliko je preostalo
previše vode, dio izlijte. Dodajte sadržaj limenki gulaša, vino i pustite da prokuha.
Pospite peršinom i poslužite s finim kruhom.
Ingredients for 4 people:600 g potatoessalt2 tins Podravka Beef Goulash(2x300 g)100 ml white wine1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions: Peel potatoes and chop into cubes. Add enough water to cover potatoes, add salt and cook 15 minutes until potatoes are soft. If too much water remains, drain off a little. Add the contents of the goulash tins and wine, and allow to come to a boil. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with nice bread.

200 g malih rajčica1 ljubičasti luk (80 g)
2 Eva tuna komadi u vlastitom soku(2x80 g)
1 krastavac (150 g)1 crvena paprika (200 g)
80 g SMS otkoštenih zelenih maslina2 žlice kapara
80 ml SMS extra djevičanskogmaslinovog ulja
3 žlice jabučnog octa
Priprema: Opranoj rikuli dodajte ocijeđenu tunu, narezane male rajčice, krastavac narezan na ploške, papriku na štapiće,
narezan luk i masline. Maslinovo ulje pomiješajte s jabučnim octom i nasjeckanim
kaparima te prelijte preko salate i lagano promiješajte.
Ingredients for 4 people:150 g arugula200 g cherry tomatoes1 purple onion (80 g)2 cans Eva tuna solid in brine -NaturFit (2x80 g)1 cucumber (150 g)1 red pepper (200 g)80 g SMS green olives2 tbsp capers80 ml SMS extra virgin olive oil3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions: Wash arugula. Add drained tuna, sliced cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper, onion and olives. Mix olive oil with apple cider vinegar and chopped capers, pour over salad and mix gently.

MENU 5.
LIGNJE U UMAKU OD RAJČICA SQUID IN TOMATO SAUCE
Sastojci za 4 osobe:500 g očišćenih liganja
3 žlice SMS maslinova ulja2 Pelata Podravka (2x400 g)
2 češnja češnjaka1 žličica šećera
2 žličice Vegete bilje mediterana mix50 g SMS zelenih otkoštenih maslina
1 žlica nasjeckanog peršina
Priprema: Narezane pelate, šećer, protisnuti češnjak i Vegetu mediteran pirjajte nalaganoj vatri oko 10 minuta, a potkraj
umiješajte masline i nasjeckani peršin.
Na zagrijanom maslinovom ulju popržite očišćene i na kolutove narezane lignje. Dodajte ih umaku, lagano promiješajte
i zajedno pirjajte oko 5-10 minuta da omekšaju. Na kraju umiješajte peršin i
poslužite uz kuhanu palentu.
Ingredients for 4 people:500 g cleaned squid3 tbsp SMS olive oil2 tins Podravka Pelati tomatoes(2x400 g)2 cloves of garlic 1 tsp sugar2 tsp Vegeta herbs of Mediterranean mix 50 g SMS green olives without kernel1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions: Chop pelati tomatoes and add sugar, crushed garlic and Vegeta herbs of Mediterranean mix and sauté over low heat about 10 minutes. Add olives and chopped parsley. Clean squid and chop into rings then fry in hot olive oil. Add to sauce, stir gently and sauté about 5–10 minutes to soften. When finished cooking, add in parsley and serve with cooked polenta.

1 jaje1 Fant ekstra hrskava mješavina za
pohanje + umak s rajčicom (89 g)Umak:
50 ml jogurta50 g majoneze
50 g Ketchup-blagi Podravka
Priprema: Meso narežite na odreske ili medaljone. Nesoljeno meso najprije umočite
u razmućeno jaje, zatim uvaljajte u Fant mješavinu za pohanje tako da dobro prijanja
uz meso. Stavite peći na rešetku (ili na papir za pečenje) i pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 200 °C oko 20 minuta. Po želji u mješavinu za pohanje možete dodati 1 žlicu sjemenki
sezama.Mješavinu za umak umiješajte u smjesu
jogurta, majoneze i ketchupa.
Ingredients for 4 people:500 g chicken breast 1 egg1 Fant extra crispy breading mix + tomato sauce (89 g)Sauce:50 ml yogurt50 g mayonnaise50 g Podravka mild ketchup
Instructions: Slice meat into fillets or medallions. Salt and then dip into beaten eggs and coat well with Fant breading mix. Place on rack or on baking paper and bake in oven preheated to 200° C for about 20 minutes. If desired, add 1 tbsp of sesame seeds to breading mix before coating meat. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise and ketchup and add tomato sauce.

Priprema: Na zagrijano ulje stavite račiće i kratko popecite. Zalijte salsom i prijajte nekoliko minuta.Pripremljeni
umak poslužite s kuhanom tjesteninom posipanom s razmrvljenom skutom (ili
fetom).
Ingredients for 4 people:3 tbsp SMS extra virgin olive oil250 g cleaned shrimp tails 1 jar Podravka Mild Salsa (410 g)150 g ricotta cheese(or slightly salted feta)300 g Podravka pasta (Fusilli)
Instructions: Add shrimp tails to heated oil and fry a few minutes. Add salsa and sauté several minutes. Serve prepared sauce with cooked pasta, and sprinkle with crumbled ricotta cheese (or feta).
