Stretch & ToneGet your body toned, slim, and beach ready this summer.
The 45 minute Stretch & Tone class will take you through a combintation of toning and core strength exercises incorporating resistance tubing and abdominal work.
The class finishes off with with Vinyasa flow moves aimed at improving flexibility, so you get toned and stretched in the same session!
Total ConditioningGive your body all the work it needs, and then some!
Total Conditioning is a 45 minute class aimed at improving overall fitness by burning caloires, reducing fat, and strengthening and toning muscle. Workouts utilise electronic cardio equipment, light free weights, and dynamic resistance exercises.
Twilight SailFor the best view of the Swan River sunset, you can’t beat Twilight Sailing.
Get your friends together and join us at the Royal Perth Yacht Club for a delightful twilight sail down the Swan River on board the ‘UWA Centennial’ Foundation 36 Yacht. Sit back and enjoy the sail or try your hand at ‘trimming the sails’.
