In May, 2008, at the District Convention, we announced

that we had established a new District Calendar, that

allowed us to “delegate” maintenance beyond the

Webmaster. This User’s Guide introduces new users to

the Calendar, and how our senior leaders can add new

events to the Calendar.

Q & AQ & A Who will have access to these facilities?

– It is anticipated that access to maintain the Calendar will be limited to Division Governors and above, in the District.

Can I delete entries? – Yes, Google Calendar offers options to delete entries.

Can I delete other people’s entries?– Since the Executive share one username and password, and have full

update access, that they do not interfere with existing entries in the Calendar.

What is the URL for Google Calendar maintenance?– The site is provided by google, currently at– http://www.google.com/calendar (use tmidistrict73dg@gmail and the

supplied password)

Can I practice somewhere?– Use the Calendar “District 73 Division Governor” as the default is shown on

Page 10, to create entries that are not publicised to the broader community.
