AdPro allows you to quickly ingest a client’s locations so you can evaluate their proximity to your OOH media locations. Simply place the addresses of the points of interest (POI) into the AdPro Client Sites Excel Template, located in the Sites section at the bottom of the campaign dashboard, and you are ready to ingest.

Choose the file you created in the previous slide, upload when prompted, then click Create at the bottom right corner of the dashboard.

Once your campaign is set up with the OOH locations you are evaluating, you can leverage the Manage Sites section to view and manipulate the sites that you have added.

Add, Edit, or Delete a Store Location

Once in the Manage Sites page, you have the ability to add additional site locations or delete locations you may not want. You also have the ability to edit site fields within AdPro through the Manage Sites page.

Adding a new store location is as simple as typing in the four required fields.

Once in the campaign planner you will automatically see the OOH locations you have ingested with the campaign. To view the site locations, choose the Points of Interest (POI) tab on the menu bar to the right and click the checkbox to flag your sites.

To obtain detailed information about the sites on the map, simply click on a flagged POI to view the details.

AdPro also allows you to search for site locations on the fly. To do so, Add New Layer under the POI tab, choose Custom Points of Interest, add Layer Name, select Category, and finally add Keywords of your choice. Click Add Layer to populate map with additional sites.

Scenario: Customer - Ace Hardware. Competitor: True Value Hardware. Goal: Find site locations in proximity to Ace Hardware OOH locations.

Once you have the sites set up to evaluate, you now want to see how close the OOH location are from the site. You can do this by leveraging the proximity function in AdPro. Simply type in the desired Radius and press Ok.

Once you press Ok, view the OOH location in proximity to the competitor’s POI’s .

Filtering OOH Locations by Proximity

AdPro is designed to filter OOH locations that match your criteria. For example, if your are only interested in OOH locations 1,500 feet from a site, slide the ruler to 1,500 feet and all OOH locations that do not match your criteria are removed.

Using the Report Builder tab, select boxes that pertain to your proposal. You can include notes, POI’s, and a proximity ruler.

Under the Report Builder tab, AdPro also allows you to edit the area that will be displayed in your proposal.

The final output is a pdf report of your OOH locations, how they are positioned in the market, where they are in relationship to your sites, and the proximity to your chosen competitors’ sites.
