The Design (2007)

Standard 10

All adults should be offered lifestyle advice as to the prevention of hypertension and have their BP measured & recorded using standardised techniques every 5 years from age 45.

Key Performance Indicator 10a

% of patients aged > 45 years who have had a recorded BP on their GP record within the past 5 years.

(70% March 2010, 80% March 2011, 90% March 2012)
