• Non-renewable- Some resources, such as oil and coal can not be quickly replaced

• Air, wind, water, rocks, and soil are natural resources we use everyday.

• It give us many of the things that people need to live.

• Some resources, such as water and wind are replaced quickly by earth.

REDUCE - means to cut back on how much you use something.

For example: Shut off the water while brushing your teeth.

REUSE- means to use something again. This egg carton now holds paint.

For example: Using plastics for decorations

RECYCLE- means to make new items out of old items.

For example: Paper, glass, plastic and metals can be recycled.
