Each participant ensures that they are an expert on their card before beginning.

Starting with the inside circle, introduce yourselves and then take turns at answering each other’s question.

When not answering a question your “Role” is to support, encourage & praise.

All team members do all calculations and write out all working for each scenario card following the Sequence of the Activity:

1. Calculate Total Income, Rotate paper, Check2. Calculate Total Outgoings, Rotate paper, Check3. Calculate Money Left Over, Rotate paper, Check4. Decision Maker, Rotate paper, Check

Team members take turns reading out a card

Teams progress through the calculations and decision making for that card

Teams repeat this process until all four scenario cards have been answered
